Hello everyone,
This message is to all our clients here at Sarora Hosting. Some of you may have heard, or saw on WebHostingTalk.com we have been putting our company SaroraHosting.com up for sale.
Let me confirm for you that this was certainly the case, and yes we WERE putting SaroraHosting for sale, but let me tell you we WERE. We have recently gotten a partnership request from one of my friend, who is a good friend who co-locates his servers (owns the actual server) and part of a datacenter.
We are in a agreement and will be merging with him sometime this current week. What's going to happen is I, Shikhir Arora, will STILL BE A CO-OWNER, however our other co-owner will also be working with us. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing.
During this change many new things will happen, including the following:
Much, much FASTER nodes!
Budget Dedicated Servers on a Tier I premium network.
Faster Support TimeYou will all benefit from this move and we anticipate nothing but the best for our clients. You all will get faster speeds and better support.
Now what's exactly going to happen is this. Next Saturday/Sunday, January 17/18 2009, we will be moving all clients to several powerful servers. The servers are:
AMD QUAD CORE
16GB DDRII RAM
3 x 1TB in RAID 5
3,300GB PREMIUM BANDWITHWe will have several of these servers at the new facility which is located in Miami, FL. The server is VERY fast, and has some of the best uplink providers including:

The clients will be moved sometime this weekend, starting Friday, and all DATA will NOT be lost. However we strongly advise you to take a backup as with EVERY move for ANY provider there is a very slight (.0000002%) chance that something may happen during the move, however There will NOT be anticipated DATA LOSS.
We are leaving the timeslot for this move for the following:
Friday Night: 11PM EST to Monday Morning 5AM EST.
ALL VPS CLIENTS WILL REMAIN UP NOT DOWN DURING THE MOVE. HOWEVER WE EXPECT NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR DOWNTIME. WE ARE PLANNING THOUGH ON A NO DOWNTIME MOVE AT ALL .
Remember, all clients will get NEW IPs, which will be eventually e-mailed to them after our move. You will not see any downtime, and everything will become smoother, quicker, and FASTER for your sites.
The prices will not change and you will still get your free month, yes they will NOT change and we will be having a SPECIAL for clients to upgrade at a low cost.
