CANBERRA, A.C.T. April 30, 2009 AussieHQ Pty Ltd, Australias fifth largest web hosting company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Brisbane-based Hosting Shop.

This move represents a significant step forward in our strategy to accelerate growth of our customer base, said Michael McGoogan, Chief Executive Officer of AussieHQ. We see as the main benefits of this acquisition, a greater presence in our targeted markets and the opportunity to build value for our shareholders.

The Hosting Shop demographic is placed squarely between our premium AussieHQ and budget Jumba brands, and opens up opportunities for us to provide services to small to medium enterprises across a full range of web service technologies.

As part of the acquisition, Paul Cameron has accepted the role of Customer Service Manager and Gary Meadows becomes AussieHQs Customer Relations Manager. We are excited to have industry veterans Paul and Gary join the AussieHQ team, and were confident that their level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction will be of great benefit to our clients, said Mr. McGoogan.

Hosting Shop clients will be progressively merged and integrated in to the AussieHQ brand, benefiting from a wider range of service provisions including 24 hour Australian-based phone support and AussieHQs state-of-the-art web hosting technologies.
