That's right.

Yes, I know you can still order from the website, but stills, this is a decision I made.

Just to inform all of you, since I'm a honest guy.

I've no clients that I owe money to, but... this wasnt profitable as it used to be.

So, I'm selling whplace.com .net and .org and... well... best luck to you guys.

Regards,
Miguel

Miguel, shame it didn't work out for you, hope you found a good place for your existing customers. Always sad to see one leave. Hope you will still stay around on WHT.

Dear friend,

I'll definitely stick in WHT.

Did not work, and I'm in this business since 2004... I was losing around 300 euros per month. Didn't worth.

My existing customers are my friends, at the moment, and I'll be hosting them for free in some vps.

Thank you for your nice message,

Regards,

Miguel

Wow, your prices are fairly realistic - how is it that you are losing so much every month even after 5 years if I may ask?

So sad to see this happen, but not all can always succeed, best of luck in the future, and hope things work out and you have a good palce for all your clients etc.

Hello Mike,

Well I started losing clients. Even that I've always been a good support tech, and great uptime.

My website design and advertising are none.

I bought a very nice template http://dev.whplace.com/ <- but didnt even launch it.

I should just sell the template and domains and get out of this industry....

Its a shame that I'm closing after 5 years of business... A lot of clients came and left (since CyberSP.org)

Thank you for your message.

Clients are safe. Really safe

That's sad to see that happen! A 5 year old branch can definitely be worth something. I hope you can make a nice sale out of it. The new template looks amazing, its a pitty you won't be able to launch it anymore.

Hope you find revenue in a new project.

Hi Jay,

I don't have any clients, almost. All of them are friends, so I'll just host them for free.

The name, however, is a very captive name for this business and I hope to get a nice money from it.

I have no idea what to do next though...

True. The new template is amazing, I love it, but oh well, I hope to make a good sale from it as well. I really need money.

I'll surely try to create a new project or join to an existing one.

Regards,

Miguel

@ Edit, I am going to sleep right now, but I'll check all the new posts tomorrow and I'll answer them individually.

Basically, I'm in this business since 2004 but there was no advertising, just mouth to mouth. In a few years this was proffitable, but then... people started to leave, due to the overselling, etc etc etc and I promised to myself: The day before I turn out to be an overseller, I'll quit.

That happened. Too money spent and no profit.

It was an experience and now I have a lot of knowledge in this area. Will keep learning, for sure.

Now tomorrow... I'll check all your posts. Thanks for being so nice *

... because pricing isn't everything, Mike. There are many reasons why a company can go under, from poor management, lack of a proper business plan and following through with it to just terrible luck at times, etc.

@Miguel: Best of luck in the future. These things happen, it sucks, but at least you were up front about it instead of just randomly disappearing some day like so many other providers decide to do.

Hey Pat,

Sure. Price isnt everything.

My management was good enough, trust me.

Its just... no advertisement, no good website, etc etc etc, lots of factors.

Thanks again

@ Sleep time, will check all the posts tomorrow folks,

Miguel
