Program to show total up/down throughput on a Windows server?

Hello, I'm looking for a very basic program that just shows the current actual kps upload and download throughput. Does anyone know of such a program? We are trying to monitor a windows server in realtime to see what it's doing, and want to see how much data is coming in and going out.
