hello users i am trying to setup my dedicated server and when i try to add an "A Entry" for either Nameservers or hostname then i get the following error:

That's not an error message. ... it's more of a notification to let you know that the zone file has been changed successfully.

I am a newbie to cpanel used to have helm. well i didnt do that last time. once i add it it doesnt work

Can you post the contents of the zone file or take a screen shot?

Login to SSH and try one of the two commands: cat /etc/namedb/yourdomain.com.db If that doesn't work, cat /var/named/etc/namedb/yourdomain.com.db
