Email issues on sub domains

Hi, I have a client who seems to be unable to receive email on a couple sub domains. Any help greatly appreciated

I take it you're using cPanel? I had the exact same problem earlier this week and it was resolved by going into WHM, opening the DNS zone and then checking the following box: "Always accept mail locally even if the primary mx does not point to this server." Don't forget to click the Save button.
