Joomla Help: configuration.php - dbname, dbuser, dbpassword

I just migrate an account to another server with Joomla. All of sudden the database user is missing. The database name is still there. I want to connect the DB to DBuser with the password. The problem is I cannot find what is the dbuser & password inside configuration.php All I find is the DBname & DBprefix $mosConfig_db = 'username_joom9'; $mosConfig_dbprefix = 'jos_'; Where can I find the DBuser & Password?

Version 1.5 config looks like this: var $dbtype var $host var $user var $db
