I recently had to do an OS reload on my server box and when i restored all the accounts, they are all viewing as using 0mb of space. Any way to fix this or am i stuck?

Try run this if you are using cpanel. /scripts/fixquotas

Just did that but their disk space still says they used 0mb. Thank you for your quick replies though

I would suggest an upcp and then fixquotas.

I have exactly the same problem, must be an x3 bug. Tried everything, /scripts/fixquotas /scripts/fixeverything /scripts/upcp --force

heh i guess it is, checked the interactive knowledge base, the example is "Example: Every users disk usage shows zero even though they have a quota set." and it uses the fixquotas. Guess ill have to wait until the next update and see if that fixes it :-\

You may try this for a single account and see if it works. Move the file /home/username/.cpanel-ducache to /home/username/.cpanel-ducache.backup. Login to the cpanel of the username and see if the quota is showing fine.
