I use Incremental backup feature of Cpanel but seems it does not work properly. Yesterday when i restored my customer account, it brought back the files and database of 2 months ago. I set it backup everday so why this happen? Anyone got this issue before. My server run Centos 4.5 and Cpanel Stable

If you have a lot of accounts or large accounts which are dynamic, the backup process can take some load on the server. One of the probability is that the backup is not finishing it course everyday. Double check to see whether the timestamps of the backup folders are reflected to the time when the backup is taken.

Incremental backup means that it will do a search on the files in an account and backup only the ones that were modified, so if your client did not modify half of his files in the last year then you will see files 1 year old.
