What's this error mean?

Got the following line when I dmesg'ed on one of my server: "EXT3-fs warning (device sda3): dx_probe: Unrecognised inode hash code 28" Anyone know what does it means? Thanks alot in advance.

Is that dmesg from a hard reboot? If so, don't worry about it.
