Exim Hardening

Hiya all, New here, looking for some help with hardening my exim config. Basically I want to restrict ALL port 25 and port 26 email only to users who authenticate first. I thought it came this way on Cpanel boxes, but yet there's a ton of crap being relayed through my box and getting me on tons of blacklists. Any ideas appreciated!
