Exchange problem anyone?

Just today we started having some problems with our exchange server...everything was working fine until around 10:00 A.M this morning. We've started getting sporadic reject messages from people that we have always been able to email in the past. These are a few of the NDR's we've received. There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. No changes have been made on our exchange server. We have GFI Mail essentials installed with SPF records turned on. We have reverse dns setup through Time Warner Telecom for our IP. I can send email to my hotmail address, but yahoo rejects it. I've checked dnsstuff.com and dnsreport.com and we're not on any blacklists. I'm not exactly sure where else to look. These mail servers rejecting our email are not from just 1 ISP or 1 mail server, these are from companies in different states/countries. Any input you have is appreciated! thanks!

From what you posted, I can't even tell if it's your email server that is rejecting the messages, or the remote mailserver. Can you post the entire DSN, including the headers?

Got it working now...thanks for the post though. The remote servers were rejecting it. Apparently, we had some old DNS servers setup in exchange...I removed those DNS servers so that exchange would use the default DNS servers that TWT assigned to us on our router, and after that, our msg que dropped from 184 messages to 6. No more reject messages now. Thanks for the help though!
