my site haveing more that 150 members online,for past two days server is slow,my httpd.conf is KeepAlive On MaxKeepAliveRequests 100 KeepAliveTimeout 15 UseCanonicalName Off StartServers 5 MinSpareServers 5 MaxSpareServers 10 MaxClients 150 MaxRequestsPerChild 0 may have to chage any setting for improve my server speed,and any idea how to improve my server speed

So, uh, what's the problem? Server speed? -Bandwidth? -Need another server?

My problem is sometime server very very down it crawl like anything what may affect server speed,how to increase server performance

If your server has more than 150 members online, then you may want to consider to increase MaxClients.. as long as your CPU & RAM can handle it. If you're on managed hosting try asking your provider, they should be able to help you optimize apache & mysqld. Additional information about your setup (server hardware, O/S, etc) may help people to guide you. Thank you.

now my max client is 150 can i increase to 200,suggest me

have you installed a php caching software? It can help alot in the case of dynamic sites like yours (forum).
