I have no idea about CSF, but APF no. Us FreeBSD users use ipfw.

That has no where mentioned if it works for 64 Bit OS or not, cause i think my server using centos 64 bit and csf causes blocking of various ip's or inoperable firewall . Maybe its not setup right or something but is it stable and tested on 64 bit yet ?

From what I can tell, it is just a collection of shell scripts and Perl modules. If that is the case, then it shouldn't matter if it is running on a 32bit or 64bit system. But, it definitely does not work on FreeBSD.
