disable backup option in cpanel

Is there any way to disable backup option for a reseller's accounts.
Please don't ask why I want this, there is lot of reasons for this.

In the backup config page - all the way at the bottom is a button ("Select Specific Users") which brings up a new window to disable backup up accounts per username. Just uncheck the usernames you don't want to back up.
If backups are already running, it won't take effect until the next time they run.

No, I mean accounts don;t do manual backup using CPanel.

I want, accounts of my reseller not able to make full backup of their sites using make full backup feature in cpanel.
I want to disable this option for some of accounts.

You can disable backups for indivdual accounts only. So every time the resseller is adding new accounts you have to disable/uncheck them.
There is also the option of not allowing users to take advantage of the Backup Wizard by not including it in the packages specified for the reseller.

You need to edit the feature list of the accounts that reseller accounts hold from the root WHM and disable the backup manager and backup wizard options.
