Does anyone know where I can find a twitter scroller (similar to the old marquee tags)? jQuery is probably the answer, but I haven't been able to integrate nor find any scripts that can display live tweets.

Look into Topsy's API: http://corp.topsy.com/developers/api/ you should be able to come up with something similar to http://www.humblebundle.com/ (on top)
