Accessing html banner code from table and forward to other site

Hi man I have installed CPM banners at my sites. I get only around 30% paid impressions and 70% are non-paid impression. There is not online option to add alternate banner tags if paid ad is not available however we can send them one banner code that they can set and send me back new banner code with alternate banner code function. The problem is I don't want to fix show always one banner if paid banner is not available or I don't want that I ask them every week to change my alternate banner. To solve this, I have stored html code of my alternate banner in sql table. See this seodigi.com/t/alternate.php?userid=1&siteid=1&sizeid=728x90&type=Show The problem is CPM banner company needs code in html form. How I can do this? They require code in html format, I want to return same exact code to them as I stored in table? GCS

I would suggest using Javascript. It can be slightly more complicated, but create a javascript file that when run will create a banner and the HTML code. Then just have other people include the javascript file on their webpages and blam, you're done. You can also then make changes to the HTML at a later time by editting the .js file and it will take affect for all previous users!
