error on backup

hello i have adedicted server and when i have 50 user ( account ) the backups were done auto. as well but now i have 162 site and the backups occur for only 40 sites the others not this problem still from 2 monthes i have enter to configure backup ---- Select Specific Users --- all were selected so what is the problem and how i resolve it

Hi, What Conrol Panel you are using? Have you checked the logs for any error message? Regards, Bobby

Cpanel sir CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard there is no error message come the message sent to my mail that a full backup occur but to this time only 40 sites

individual bacvkup working well so what is the problem

Make sure that enough disk space is available in the server while doing the backup.
