I am setting up a hosting website on Windows Server 2012. I am interested in using WHMCS as there is a module that I want to do testing on using an API from my wholesale web hosting provider. I am looking for help with anyone who has experience with Windows Server 2012, IIS 8 and WHMCS. I was planning on using either MySQL configured for .NET or SQL Server Express. I will bump up to 2GB of RAM, but at this time the VPS only has 1GB of RAM. Once I have everything working correctly and business picks up I will be moving to a dedicated server. Thanks! Jxff

Are you planning to install WHMCS on this same server ? If you are going to install MySQL for WHMCS, then use Version 5.1 and disable mysql strict mode. We used Microsoft Web Platform installer as it does install everything we want.
