I signed up with propay.com i like it but i just need to know somethings. How would i use it to charge someones credit card everymoth for hosting. And how would i charge if they paid a year up front. If this dont have recurring payments what does without a setup fee

Propay doesn't have any automated billing in place. You'll have to manually log in and enter the charges once a month for your customers. For annual billing, same thing - you'll have to do it once a year yourself. If someone cancels, its up to you to set the refund policy and possibly issue a credit to them for some portion of the charge. Michael

I believe the email option is something like PayPal. You send someone a "bill" via email, they click a link, go to the ProPay site and enter their credit card info. Your ProPay account is credited the amount minus the service charge. The other option is where you log into your account yourself and enter the customer's credit card info directly. It also then credits your account minus the fees. You're free to choose whatever you're comfortable with... Michael
