whm settings and forum queries

hello, i have a problem with my box the server browsing is too fast but in whm i can't save settings it take too much loading page and i get the internet exploere can't display that page and in forums there is slow slow queries in post edit templates in admin control panel etc... take too much loading and finaly i got the internet exploere can't display that page and i have another server from another datacenter never see that problems before i think there is a problem with server network or someting... how can i know that Last edited by assassin85; 09-13-2008 at 07:40 AM.

What is the load averages of the CPU? What does the cpanel log say?
