I've just recently signed up for a VH-500 account with hostiva.com and I just have to say that uptime and support has just been absolutely amazing. I currently am away from home working and am behind a 3com firewall that does not allow me to access the control panel. The support was great enough to create my e-mail accounts for me and forward them to my hotmail account so I will not lose any e-mails. Great choice to go with, Mr. Goldman really knows his stuff.

Yes, you are absolutely right. I wish them well in their future success and hope they will continue to prosper and improve even better. Hehe, I am a reseller for them.

Keep us updated. Long term tracking would help (more than recent signup and last word about them)...

You could always access the control panel using a thing like Safe Web... Safe Web retrieves webpages and relays them back to you. So if the problem with accessing the control panel is because your firewall blocks you from accessing the port which the CP is on, then you can just get Safe Web to access the CP for you and relay it back. -Jeremy

Still the firewall is blocking the site, oh well I guess I'll have to wait until this job is over and I'm back in NB. Thanks,

Hi, You are right as I have an account with them as I got it from here FREE for a year... Until now, I have no problem with them and happy to say that their service is even better than my previous host. Keep it up... Hostiva Regards, Choon

You can use : http://www.a4u.at to access Hostiva's CPanel. I'm using that way :-)
