Hi I have a server that has plesk control panel, what do I need to do if I want my reseller to be able to create accounts for his/her client?

hmmmm I never used Pleask.. I have alwaysed used Cpanel or WebCP ( http://webcp.can-host.com/ )

im pretty sure you need plesk v.20 for this.
