This is my first post on this board, I am a reseller for surrenderonline.com and they are great. I have had no problems with them yet. Their support staff is friendly and quick to answer questions and resolve issues.

Who's going to win the World Cup? The best team or the one who performs best over the six weeks? Web hosts are being similar - both mchost and splashost have their strengths and weaknesses, each have many good days and some not-so-good days. Both will make the next phase. 3iron

I could not have put it better myself. I think different companies have strengths and weaknesses and cater for different markets. (i.e We get most of our business from the UK as thats where we are based and going by the UK resellers market, we get a lot of ex clients from companies who I wont mention here)

I agree, I do have great support from Phillip of Surrender ONline when I start to set up my new account after moving from another reseller host.
