Removing exim logs command?

Hi We are getting critical warning of disk space as a result of our exim logs, specifically exim_mainlog and exim_rejectlog. What is the proper ssh command to delete or minimize these? I am not that familiar with the correct commands. Both files are located /var/log/ Thanks in advance -

If you don't want to keep them, you can simply rm -f them. Then restart exim. If you are using cpanel, these should be getting rotated. If they are not you might want to look into why. If they are, then you might want to increase the time between rotations. I think the default is weekly, but we change that to daily on a lot of servers due to mail volume.
