I have litespeed enterprise. Will mod Security work with it? I doubt it, because it says Apache. But just wondering. Dos anyone know of anything else, besides the security section on litespeed? Any packages like mod security, that work with Ubuntu and LiteSpeed?

Litespeed supports mod_security 2.x rules.

Litespeed incorporates a number of "security features" already add the www-data,nobody,or apache group to your users groups, and chmod the home folders 0770 is an extra step you can take. and as already stated, incorporate some mod_security 2+ rules
