Optimize MySQL config for 768MB of RAM ?

I have got a cPanel/WHM VPS with 768MB of RAM and am running MySQL 5.0.67-community Can someone tell my what to put in it, or give me some tips on how to optimize MySQL This is what I have in /etc/my.cnf right now:
