BinaryBlocks.com ?? heard of them?

Im currently a re-seller for BinaryBlocks.com based out of New Brunswick Canada. While in the past they were a great company with top of the line support, it seems recently things have went for a downturn. Support tickets last days before responses, if i get a responce at all. Servers are starting to lag, with promisses that all resellers will be moved to new servers "tommorow". Just wondering if anyones used them in the past, or currently know something i dont. I feel kinda sketchy about keeping my clients with them, as things dont look like theyl be staying up for very long. Another factor that makes me think this is that back in october, they had 2 weeks of downtime where all data was "lost", which lead them to offer all their clients 1 free year of hosting. So cash flow would have been pretty stagnent since then. Maybe their running low, it seems only the CEO is still working, and possibly his wife answring th ephones. Whast your opinions, pull my accounts? or wait it out?

If I select Canada from their main page, it leads to a non-existent .ca domain.

yah during their move from toronto to new brunswick, which may i also add they didnt tell anyone about and simply dissapeared for 2 weeks, they lost their .ca domain which expired. doesnt look too good does it.

The domain is available. They should have registered it.

i agree. things like this are what make me wonder what is going on, and also make be think that they are running out of cash, and that one day i will log on only to realize i now have to move all my clients off dead servers.
