Stop mysql

Hi, I have quick question here, how do I stop mysql process for good? service mysqld stop & killall mysqld don't do anything, mysqld stop and few minutes latter it restart again. Should stop whatever keeps starting mysql.

etc/rc.d/init.d/mysqld stop

check for any service monitoring script in your server just like chkservd that comes with cpanel.
