If you want to promote your site at WHT, you can post under 'Shared WebHosting Offers', in which you can announce your company and your special offer. Also, you can post replies to web hosting requests in the 'Web Hosting Requests' forum. You might not get a lot of customer replies, but at least people will start to learn your name.
