This is generally nothing to worry about as the service was restarted automatically by the chkservd daemon If it is crashing you might need to look through the log files in /var/log/ to see why it occurs

If your dns is down, then you will need to check your dns configuration. There a number of different possible causes. There's no way to know without seeing it.

Is it always at the same time? If so, compare what the permissions are for those files right now as opposed to the ownership permissions at 10:05PM right before it crashes. You may have a script that is altering the permissions at some point during the day. Usually named will work fine, until you add a domain name or DNS zone, and then named restarts with the incorrect permissions, which causes it to fail on the restart.
