The web hosting business is the low cost capital business and become a lot of people flood into the business. May I know is it really can earn the bigger profit ? but it is so much resellers n hosting company around the world.

You can make a lot of money, but then again how long have you got, I have been in the business for 3 years and probably only started making reasonable money about 8 months ago. It takes time, comittment and long hours when your on your own to manage a hosting business. If your looking for a quick $ forget it.

For the first 6 months I barely covered my prices, in fact I dont think I did, I funded about 40%. By the end of the first year I was covering prices and making enough to develop my site, skills and support. It went on from there really.

You're going to have a lot of competition so every move you make has to be carefully planned. (marketing, sales, offers, suppliers etc) It may be easy to get some customers but it's gonna be hard to get a lot of "good" customers. Try to offer value added services and "personalized" service. Eric
