Hi I would like to provide RESELLING options on my dedicated servers as a private label service .. but I wonder what are the requirements and steps to do so .. ?? NOTE: All my servers are cPanel/WHM based

You can start with Anonymous Nameservers.

1. hostname of server totally unrelated to your hosting domain (ie buy a special domain for this purpose) 2. masked whois info so that a whois lookup cannot lead to your company/host 3. provision of private nameservers to customers 4. ideally your company/hosting website on a different server

If you don't already know how to do this, you're probably not at a point where you should. Reseller service is above and beyond virtual hosting and you have to be prepared to support that.
