I shall be grateful to everyone, who share his opinion about Reseller-center (H-Sphere Windows servers )! Stability of their servers, Average time and quality of the answer on ticket inquiries, Friendliness of their support, Level of anonymity for resellers (Name servers etc.), Timeliness of software updates etc. ... Thank You in advance for all replies! Last edited by artvision; 10-27-2003 at 06:05 PM.

I can answer one of your questions; Anonimity for resellers on a hsphere system is top notch. The rest will have to wait until the reseller-center customers of past and present see this topic. Their plans also look pretty solid

I understand IHSL ! Thank You for reply!

I have an account at resekker-center.com, their service is really good, and they have friendly support... I can recommend reseller-center.com...

I highly recommend them as well!

I've got nothing but praise for these guys, support is fast and good. Everything seems good and stable, anonimity is good, rates are great. I've had a few hosts in the past, but so far, nothing beats these guys. Highly recommended!

so far so good- support line is kind of busy though- but comes through well

Posted by indianetwork, 10-28-2003, 01:17 AM
What I can also add is that sites load faster here than with any other host - I dont know the exact reason why this is so, though. Maybe they would want to answer that? Why do sites load so fast on your servers? :-)

Well the bandwidth we use is blended bandwidth from 7 different providers. So basically you get the best route possible no matter where you are.

It does work! Great work folks!

I've been with them for over a month now and so far so good. I have no regrets or whatsoever in choosing them...

a newbie question: why is rese11er-center.com starred out like ***************.com? Did something happen for them to get blacklisted from the forums?

Posted by artvision, 11-07-2003, 03:04 PM
Maybe have broken rules WHT!? I think this is temporarily...

Posted by hekwu, 11-07-2003, 03:12 PM
One of the admins in the RC forum would ask customers to post when someone asked about RC. It was an honest mistake... WHT has so many damn rules, it is hard to keep track of all of them.... RC should be allowed to post again next week sometime. If you visit the RC forum, you will find a post about the problem... It is amazing... seems a "warning" would have been better than a full ban... but then again, RC does not have the marketing budget of, lets say, a 1&1...

Buddy, you have got to concede, that's down right dirty tactics from "RC". Asking someone to go post and get you more customers, is almost the same as posting it yourself. I hope when RC comes back they learn from their mistake

Posted by matic, 11-07-2003, 03:19 PM
I wonder how WHT found this out... Did one of RC's own customer's rat them out?

Posted by rescenter, 11-07-2003, 03:41 PM
I apologize to everyone. I had asked this a few times when we were starting out and then stopped after cusotmers began posting reviews on their own. This was wrong of me and I apologize to everyone here at WHT. I assure you that it will not happen again and hope that my apology is accepted.

Posted by rescenter, 11-07-2003, 03:41 PM
Also it does not matter who reported the mistake. It was my fault and thats all that needs be said.

Quick advice for you... remove your signature... it's not shining good on your company whilst it's "starred out"

Posted by rescenter, 11-07-2003, 03:55 PM
thanks for the advice

I would not say it was "down right dirty tactics" at all... They know the system, if they wanted to be down right dirty, I'm sure there are plenty other ways to do this on WHT and get away with it. It was an honest mistake... I was there... they did not start the threads, it was a simple, "hey someone is asking about our services on this post..." I honestly don't believe they meant anything from it and said "sorry" on their forum and WHT forum. No use in blowing this out of porportion... but I believe the temp ban was a little harsh.... Right or wrong, my openion....

Posted by rescenter, 11-07-2003, 07:15 PM
If the moderators felt that a temp ban was required then I agree with it. I am happy it was not permanent. The bottom line for me is that its their forum and they have rules. I broke one of the rules no matter if I understood them or not. It was an honest mistake and I am really happy that the mods were willing to discuss the issue with us. They could have been unresponsive but they were prompt with their replies and I respect them for that.

Been with Reseler-Centr (spelled wrong I think..... ). I agree that it was a BIG NO-NO to ask people to post here on WHT. I'm sure they learned their lesson.....Nevertheless, I've been with them a couple of weeks now, and I'm impressed! Support is quick, and I have no complaints...yet. Will let you know if I have any later. ................z
