Personal DNS Server

This is my first post. I have been visiting the boards for four months now and really appreciate this community. I am seeking information on setting up a personal dns server to work with my reseller hosting account. My current provider provides a "personalized" name server which is just an alias of their name servers. I use Hshpere as a control panel. It would be nice to "rent" a small number of Ip's (maximum 100) and have an nslookup list my name servers without being an alias of my providers nameservers. I would also like my email and my hosting clients emails headers to show my domain as the original source. I am looking for a service that will set up and run this for me. I am not yet able to take on complicated server configurations and maintenance at this time. I don't have the budget to obtain my own IP Block from arin. Thanks in advance for your input.

100 ips is a lot. If you want your own nameservers, you just need 2 ips. In order to show your domain in the headers, that has something to do with the hostname of the server, which you cannot change unless you have your own server. If you can't take on server management, consider getting a managed server or getting a server admin to help you manage your box.

Thanks Sprintserve, Maybe I am asking the wrong question. Is there a company that will provide anonymous or generic servers that will not disclose who my hosting provider is? I understand I may not be able to be completely anonymous without my own servers, but I would like to do better than what my current host is providing. Same with email.

Yes. A lot of reseller host do. Just ask the question: "Do you provide anonymous personal DNS servers"
