Hello I am new here, so please forgive me if I did something wrong. At the present I have a resellers account in jackpothost and gelservers. The first one respond to my e-mails quickly, but uptime is bad, ans their support is not well-qualified I think, cause thier problems last too long. The second one has no support- I send e-mail to buy an account and I get an answer 3 days later, or when I ask, I get no answer. It would be good if it was in Europe or east side of USA (I am form Poland), cause for instance pings from managed.com are a little bit high. Traffic at least 400 GB per month, disk space "enough", WHM/Cpanel, unlimited domains etc. I know it will be difficult to find something good at the price to $50 a month (there I have better parameters at the lower price), but perhaps you can help me.

If you're going to expect 400gb of transfer for $50 then you will, as you are now end up on cheap servers like managed.com, as for the downtime and bad support, it's probally not going to change by moving somewhere else, if you're not prepared to increase what you're willing to pay or reduce what you're expecting to get. If you're actually using 400gb p/month of transfer then a reseller plan on a shared server isn't really ideal, you should be considering looking at a dedicated box.

For 400 GB a month you need a dedicated you are never going to find that for $50.00 a month form a decent host on a shared server.

400GB of bandwidth is hell lot. As people say 1 buck for 1 GB of BW

Yes, I understand, but maybe a little bit less traffic. Dedicated servers cost more, and I have no money for it right now, because I have invested quite a lot in other stuff. Maybe someone tell me about some good offer, because on sites are always rather expensive.

Good support... In Jackpothost is good- they respond very quickly and help me when I need that. This kind of support I need, not when nobody helps me, or doesn't even respond. Transfer- I could have 100-200 GB traffic for a start if I held other account, but there must be a possble to increase it for reasonable price.

Some hosts may be able to give you a customer plan tailored to your needs, 400 GB is a lot though and you may be better off with a dedicated server. They currently have the worst reviews yet but burstnet.com have cheap basement servers if you are interested. if your site is taking up that much bandwidth possibly you could do some advertising on your site for related businesses and make some money to go towards a server. Our reseller plans only go as high as 75GB ... With that much bandwidth, maybe you should consider a VPS solution?
