Setting up mail server

What is easyest way/best software to set up simple mail servers? I have Postfix up and running, but how do i create mailboxes, redirects, set up webmail etc?

install postfixadmin + roundcube + dovecot there's plenty of howtos in www.howtoforge.com

Squirrel Mail is open source and it's proven over the years to be solid as a rock. They have some good documentation on the site and downloads http://squirrelmail.org/
