| Anyone know of a free TOS or a TOS Template?
If I wrote one myself, it wouldnt be very professional.

| I'm assuming you are a reseller, since you posted this in the reseller forum. Ask your upstream provider if you can use their TOS/AUP. You will need to comply with it anyways.

It is very important that you put your upstream's terms in your own, because you and your clients must obide by them.
