Hosting advice: downgrade account

A client is hosting with 2 domains / accounts and she has prepaid for some months for both accounts. Now she wants to join the accounts together into one (hosting with more domains on one account). How are you doing in this case? Do you want that the prepaid period expires before can 'downgrade'?

Depends on how good a client they are and how long they have been with you. Normally no they have to wait until the next renewal date, but if it is a long term customer that is having problems and needs to cut expenses or something I will work with them. Then again I only do month to month o reseller accounts so that is not an issue. But you have to ask yourself will I lose the account if I do not help them? If so would you rather have half the account or none at all.
