Hello, I need to track the users who are abusing Apache by having large numbers of processes as I do with suPHP. How can I do that? I'm using cPanel. Your help is appreciated.

You could just use Apache Server Status that's built into it. You just need to enable it.

Just check for the Apache httpd module mod_usertrack. This module uses cookies o track users on your website. As far as I know you can track the users in this.

Hello, If you enable suphp on the server, php files start running under its user ownerships and CGI & SSI programs will run under user ID if we enable apache suexec.
