Ive been hosted with 2wdh.com for a little while now, and i have found them to be an extremely reliable, friendly, and prompt hosting company. I had searched for them before on the forums, and only saw people asking about their services, but noone sharing their experiences, so i decided to share mine today When i was looking for a reseller host for myself, i stumbled across the ad on the WHT forums, and was definately pulled in by their price. I hadnt seen a cheap price for those sorts of packages at all, so i was naturally inquisitive. Ofcourse i wasnt sure if the support side of the business would still be around when the costs were as low as they were, but even pre sale, the 2wdh team was very helpful and friendly with all of my questions. I noticed with some hosts that some of my questions seemed obvious to them and they replied with a "what a stupid question" kinda feeling, but the 2wdh team were very understanding and answered all my questions well. 2wdh.com offer IM support for AIM, msn, yahoo and icq, so any queries, pre sale or post, can be answered quickly. They also offer a help desk which is used when they arent on the IM's. Forums are also offered as an open air support, and as far as i have seen these are an honest forum, there is no hiding, or deletion of threads. They do not deactivate your account if you go over your limits either, but simply give you time to upgrade your account, or fix those things which were causing you to go over. They also offer money back for any unused months of credit that you may have left if you decide to leave them, or change accounts. I have had no downtimes at all in my time with 2wdh, and have had fast servers all the time. For the services and support offered for the low costs at 2wdh.com, i would definately suggest them to anyone looking for a reseller host, or even a shared host as they offer that too. *NOTE: I am a happy customer with 2wdh.com, i am not affiliated in any other way with the company*

Glad to hear that. BTW they do overselling?! That would be problem in the future. Maybe because they are new company? Hi Danny. 1. We ARE NOT overselling. Each customer can be absolutely sure that he can use every single byte of his resources. We allow overselling for our customers with our reseller plans, but we do not oversell with our plans, to avoid any inconveniences, and to have some reserved space on the server. 2. We are not new in hosting business. We are in hosting business more than 1 year. Yes. 2WDH.com domain has been registered at the beginning of this year, but we are in hosting business since the beginning of 2003 (we used our development dept. domain before).
