Need a new Virtual Server

I am looking for a Reliable well known VPS, that is making good bussiness, and that offers good service. I am already working with one since a couple of years, but would like to have a good back up VS. I prefer WHM and Cpanel which is what I know. The one I am using now is doing allright, with few problems, but when there is a problem every 3-6 months, I have noticed that his service is not as good as it used to be, and I want to be sure of continuity. Please recommend only well known services. Thanks
