Looking but not seeing

| Hello:
I am currently paying $29.99 for a reseller account where I get 1 gig space and like 20gig band. When looking around for better deals I came across site5 and was wondering if anyone had anything bad to say about them before I sign up.
They look reputable but I just don't know cause I have not had any other service.
