Because customer support is more important. Problem is that i have search the whole forum but no one is satisfied with any host i have not seen any person that is satisfied with thier host ,so iam cunfused. I have just signup with surfspeedy for $1 just for testing purpose. But support is very poor. Please guide me.

There are many great hosts on these forums but they require much research. Bear in mind that it's very difficult for one host to satisfy every client so some bad press is expected, but once you weed out the frivilous gripes, you'll find some great providers through search. Best of luck!

I am with DDI Hosting and am very happy with their intelligent support. You can check more threads about DDI on WHT.

I have tried customer support for both ddihosting & surfspeedy. But customer support og ddihosting is very poor & live chat is always offline. Surfspeedy is far better in customer support. They have replied very fast to my all inquiries. But iam still looking for reliable host. please post .....

What is your budget for that? Have you looked at Httpme, they have a history of great support? Good Luck.

gwsolutions, I see you still haven't decided on a host. Spend some time and read the threads in this "Reseller hosting forum". After a while you'll get to see which hosts have a good reputation on this board. There are quite a few. Note that most of them are not exactly cheap, but there's a price for quality. Good luck!

I, as a current DDI customer, disagree. DDI's support is great and they answer all tickets promptly and get it fixed right instead of sending you a generic response. I must also point out that originally you said surfspeedy was giving bad support but now they are better? What was the point at which this turned from negative to positive with regard to their support?
