I have signed with a reseller some 9 days ago , they seemed to me good when I asked pre-sales question. then this is what is happening: until today my site is still down because dns misconfiguration.... The first day I gave the nameservers data to my registrar and after some hour I uploaded all my data, the next day I found all my data deleted, I couldn't opened a ticket because their site was down then after many hours they apologized saying it was a mistake from a technician....I accepted, it is human... I wait the next day because the propagation then I performed a dns report, there was a lot of Fails and I found that the dedicated IP they gave to me was listed in two spam database so I opened a ticket to inform them. They apologize again (another day passed) the next days nothing changed, they said that I have to talk with my registrar for this issue, I did. my registrar say that he could do nothing because the Authority say that ns1.mysite.com point at one IP that doesn't exist. I opened a ticket to ask to the hosting to check if they gave me the correct numbers but then 2 days are passed and 3 ticket was submitted and still no answer. well thing for me has been much bad than I described, I lost a lot of time for this situation, I found their site down other two times in the while.... What would you do if it was you?

The support has just answered so at least the situation is a little bit more clear: The registrar say that the IP numbers for may domain are wrong ( he show the ICANN report, if I am not wrong) so He can do nothing... the hosting service (very disappointed ) say that it is clearly shown on the DNS report that they are not responsable since my domain doesn't point to the IP they have assigned to me...and they can't do nothing... I have my site down, the work is bloked ........for unlimited time... sounds crazy! Well I am not expert but some one shure here is any suggestion? URGENT PLEASE thanks a lot

Move to a new host. I think you uploaded before dns propogation and your files were on the old host. (Assuming you moved) . Double check the ips you registered the nameservers with.
