JAXON:HOSTING FOR THE STARS--------------------------- Jaxon will find you on a tech support forum @ your weakest moment. Jaxon will tell you that she hosts numerious reality TV stars websites such as Trishelle from MTV's Real World. Jaxon will offer to host you for next to nothing with free tech support. Jaxon will quote you a price for forum hack installations, graphic design work, webdesign work, etc... You pay Jaxon. Jaxon does not deliver, does a crappy customization job and the server goes down. You bug Jaxon. Jaxon says it's propigating and sends you another monthly invoice. You bug Jaxon. Jaxon says her freind in the hospital is in critical condition and she must fly out for a couple of months. She says one of her staff members will help you. Jaxon's fictional staff member never shows. You bug Jaxon. Jaxon has a metal breakdown on you and goes into her personal problems and dissapears. DandJConsultingCompany.com sends you another invoice, only this time you've got the "Gold Package".) 2 Months Later... Jaxon says she's back and will work on your site until it's finished. Jaxon does not deliver and says that she's working on a 6 celebrities websites. You bug Jaxon. Jaxon asks more money for services you already paid for. You agree to pay Jaxon half now and half upon delivery. In 5 minutes Jaxon destroys your precious website and the endless hours put in, by upgrading the software your site runs on to a beta version. Dandjcc.com sends you another invoice. ---------------------------------------(Rinse & repeat)-------------------------------------- She does a great job of covering her tracks. She changed her company name from dandjconsultingcompany to dandjcc because of the bad reviews and horror stories google would pull up of the infamous Jaxon (which apparently isn't even her real name) according to dissatisfied clients. I.E: tubescanboard.com From where I stand, if someone quotes you a price- and you pay- they should deliver. PERIOD Hey look, I just got another invoice from Jaxon, how bout that! Thanks for sharing this info to other members. Look like you have terrible experience using them.

You know... I hate typing, but in this case, something has got to give. If I knew how to file law suit, I would.

I don't know either. Law suit is very troublesome. If you lose just a few dollars, maybe you should just move on and forget about them.

I meant, I would have if I hadn't already lost a crapload of money.

It seems to me that you had some bad luck with a small host. My recommendation would be to attempt to retrieve your money (and NOT pay any invoices!) and find another webhost for your site. You can be quite sure that there are a lot of good webhosts around that are run by actual companies and not single-person weirdo setup.

UPDATE: I think we've tracked down the infamous Jaxon. How many more ripped off? When does it stop? LINK
