Help IPower.com / IPowerweb.com

Posted by webzou, 12-20-2004, 04:11 AM
For the last couple of weeks I've been searching and researching for a new reseller account. Several times I've come across great reviews and top ranked IPower.com & IPowerweb.com (I guess they are the same). I've only read good things about them however, when I went to sign up through their reseller page, http://www.ipower.com/affiliates_reseller.html I get the message "The page cannot be displayed." The page has been down for over 48 hours and their Live Chat customer service can't tell me what's wrong, or they might not be allowed to tell me. Anyhow, even though they given me a phone number to call and another link to go through to sign up, I'm hesitant to do so because reliabiltity is the most important thing for me before I sign up with anyone. Does anyone know why IPower.com / IPowerweb.com can't seem to get the link working? It has to be something major if it's been down for 48 hours, right? Thanks! P.S. even though their customer support team doesn't know or can't tell me what's going on, they have been very kind and responded very quickly to most of my questions. I'm always able to get them online.

http://www.ipower.com/affiliates_reseller.html Did you click on the "Click Here to Sign Up" button? I've tried that link on 4 different computers and their support acknowledge that there's a problem with the link....

It was down for over 48 hours....in your opinion if you were considering signing up with them, would you still? Everything else seems to be good with them however, I'm just really paranoid because I've been burned once before with a host and don't want it to happen it again! Thanks for taking the time to check the link!

Hello, Take your time when selecting a web host. Don't rush into anything if your not particular! Good luck! Ryan
