Simple, Easy-to-Use Billing & Account Management, More Redundant

Monmouth Junction, New Jersey – May 30, 2010 – An increase in services and expected growth has caused GigeWeb.Com rethink daily operations & take drastic measures.

Over the past two weeks many changes have taken place at GigeWeb.Com. The Owner and CEO has become ill and is taking a leave of absences, doctors believe he should return to work within one to two months. With this big news concerning the owner and CEO (Michael Marshall), GigeWeb.Com has decided to suspend all Shared Services (Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, FTP Backup Services & E-Mail Hosting. ) and focus on the launch of LimeNetworks.Net which will be overseen by current Support Manager of GigeWeb.Com. One of the changes that had to be made in order for multiple companies owned and operated by GigeWeb.Com to function together without the requirements of new offices, paper-work, licenses, etc. and to reduce certain costs was to launch Billing-Central.Com. The idea is to centralize the processing of Payments, Account Information, Billing, Tickets & E-Mail, Ordering Process and to ensure maximum uptime and redundancy.

Over the past two weeks not only has the owner and CEO become ill, GigeWeb.Com and our servers experienced several denial of service attacks which slowed the network that we were on brining our website down. When our website went down so did our corporate e-mail and billing. By centralizing our billing software on a completely different server, managed by a different company and on an entirely different network we can ensure maximum uptime and contact with clients. If our corporate server was to go down or the data-center was to experience an outage or another disaster, our centralized billing portal will allow clients to stay connected with staff, support department, etc. through Billing-Central.Com without any issues until our corporate e-mail is returned to normal status.

Everything goes through Billing-Central.Com but now our clients whether they are using services provided by GigeWeb.Com or Limenetworks.Net, would not need to worry about memorizing contact numbers, e-mail addresses because everything has been centralized.

New Clients and Prospects will be deeply informed about Billing-Central.Com and will always be directed to Billing-Central.Com from our corporate websites.
