HI ALL i would like to know if anyone has been using a reseller package with someone for over a year and if so with which company. In this way we can see what company offers the best service I believe. Thanks to all regards APACHE

I've been with Bluewho for almost a year (a couple of days to go, maybe 10, if I remember correctly). I can only say good things about them: support is superb, and their service is perfect in every respect I can think of. Search the posts about them here and you'll only find good things. GDO

Have been with Dathorn for over a year, with Seraphex more than 6 months... I recommend them! Yes! I have two Linux reseller accounts. Regards

I've had a couple of reseller accounts with Bonnie over at CredibleHost for over a year. The low periods experienced of late seem to be over and CH is performing well again! Probably stay there for another year.

Yes, when you are with a host for over a year it's because a) you are very satisfied with the whole service they offer b) you don't know another one XD In my experience, I have been with a my host for over 3 years and I'm really satisfied with the high quality service I get. Besides this, I have been with many other hosts (about 5 in the last 2 years) and haven't found a good one that offers stability, security and good tech support at the same level. Osckar

Yep, been with SRLNet.com for a year now, great host. I posted a one year review on them awhile ago.

to b. In all seriousness, anyone who has been with a host for over a year must be extremely satisfied with them. It's somewhat like a testimonial in itself.

I am with mein webserver and i can recommend them because they are always very helpful and handle things professionally. I registered even before they started the international offers on meinwebserver.com At first I had a normal account but they regularly offer special-packs in the cpanelnews so I upgraded to a reseller. by the way - where do you register domains for your clients? i usually register with meinwebserver but I think there must be cheaper offers out there...

I am with e-insites.... there servers and services were decent enough before.... now, I'm not so sure I can recommend them anymore....

I've been with 38h.com for about 10months and love it. Although they are a UK company so they are expensive on bandwidth compared to the US. They have great support and are always very helpful, responce is always quick. Although I am leaving there now..... although its nothing to do with their company it's just i've decided to go us instead of uk for the cheaper costs and more features. But they are a great uk company. But I would recommend them strongly.

I WAS with MChost for about 3 years. Service very good before. Then they removed their customer forum. Bad sign. Then tickets took longer to respond to, and just a comment from the support, closed the ticket. Downtime stabalized, and became pretty in-frequent. BUT, the secure certificate expired for my server. 8 days later, and it's still down. Even 3 days after being told the new certificate would be installed "shortly" since they already had it. Guess that's a common businedd problem. As the business ages, the support level drops. Took about 4 hours to toally move all accounts, and redirect the nameservers to BlueWho. I fell like I outlasted many customers that jump MChost a long time ago. Kept hoping they would make a come-back. Such is life. Jim D

Perfect example of why I love my reseller hoster, www.z3.com: I had a catastrophic crash last month due to lightning. Went through -two- circuited surge protectors and fried my hard drive, right as I was backing up my email, so it killed my email backup as well. Lost every email I've saved since 1996. Now, I kept hard copies of all my important business mails, except I couldn't find my original signup confirmation email with my hoster. So I emailed them and asked them to send me a new copy. Z3 did me one better - within 4 hours of my asking, Jim sent me a copy of the original! >Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2003 10:32:02 -0400 I'm currently looking into enom's services and automating some things, but I'm keeping my Z3 account. I'm an Interland refugee and I know quality when I see it; not a single service interruption in over 12 months is quality, and all my silly questions are answered usually within a few hours.

I've been with Jatol.com for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Awesome service, good costs, great products - the people at Jatol are always johnny on the spot to help when needed, add cool new features often. I can't recommend them enough! If anyone is looking, definitely check them out and tell them Valerie sent you! (No, I don't get anything for it, they just know I love 'em, and I like to keep reminding them). Valerie

I have a reseller account with Voxtreme. www.voxtreme.com Overall they are good. However the past month has been shocking. The server we were on was relocated due to Pegasus relocation. Server became corrupt, support was slow. About 1 week after the move we were moved to a new server that Voxtreme has control of @ NAC. Things have been getting back to normal now. Would I recommend Voxtreme? Yes. As I said, except for the past several weeks Voxtreme overall has been good. Support is generally pretty good. Been with them 14+ months now.

They have already been mentioned in this thread, but it is worht mentioning them again ... I have been with Dathorn for 14 months and am happy both with reliability and customer service.

I've been with OKIHost for 18 months, with accounts on 2 servers. I can't recall downtime that was more than a couple minutes for server reboots.

I've been with hostdime for over a year... I've been completely satisfied with their service. Especially recently, they've really stepped up the support. Funny thing is I'm about to end my time using their service. Not through any fault of theirs, but because I've gone dedicated and have a whole box to myself. Either way I'd recommend them.

Posted by buffhost, 10-01-2004, 12:29 AM
yes, I'm still with Dathorn. The server which my account is on (cpanel29) hadn't any problem till now! Regards

Posted by amitabh, 10-01-2004, 09:46 AM
I am not sure if Dathorn accepts a yearly payment. Only a monthly payment is possible as far as I know.

I've been with httpme.com for more than one year. Excellent uptime, very fast response to tickets

Oneworldhosting for 3 years, excelent service, not so cheap, few MySql DB, fast support, almost no downtime but when a fire hit alabanza on last september. Cobaltrack dedicated for more than one year, two years ago, nice service, security issues were headaches, I kept with reseller hosting at last. Now 5 months with turnkeyresellers, excelent service and performance, spite of bad opinions from some customers overhere. Anyway I keep oneworldhosting as backup.

i had one package with blutekhosting, it was great.

Insiderhosting solid, secure and fast servers in their own cages in Wilshire One using Mzima bandwidth. My clients at the western side and Asia enjoy their home here. Idologic friendly, helpful and flexible, servers in their own racks in Global Compass. My clients from the eastern side and India enjoy their home here. ...............sh!!! I should have kept this secret........so that my "competitors" will not enjoy the uptime I provide................But I do not consider anyone my competitor as we are all different in our own ways.
