That shadow file belongs to the user and it only contains their user credentials. That is not the same as /etc/shadow which contains every user on your server. There is nothing to worry about. . .

No, is the same file to server's Shadow I want to take a method of annotating and backing up his I want a practical solution and not just talk

No. There is no way that cPanel is giving any user a copy of /etc/shadow with their backup. Period.
